Hive Curates provide affordable workspaces to over 40+ artists and makers in London working across fine art, design, jewellery digital media, fashion, photography and ceramics.

We work in partnership with local authorities, developers and private landlords to devise public art programmes, cultural placemaking strategies, social value and create access to the art industry, building diverse and inclusive creative communities. Pretoria Studios

Pretoria North is our founding creative workspace located in Edmonton on Pretoria Road North (N18 1SP). We have 16 studios onsite and artists benefit from a 1,000 sqft communal area, a fully equipped outdoor makers yard and a thriving community of artists at all stages of their career.
60sqft self-contained studio = £210pm
Fixed Desk Area = £150pm

Broadworks - City of London

Broadworks is a mixed-use cultural venue with affordable studios, co-working desk space and rehearsal space for creatives in art and design, right in the heart of the city.
10 artist studios in the heart of the City of London. Studios range from 65SQFT-110SQFT starting at £200 per month.
Studios range from 60SQFT to 90SQFT. All come with natural light and includes business rates and utilities.
We currently have 3 studios available to rent from now until March 2025.

Hayes - Coming Soon

Creative workspace and artist in residence programme. Studios range from 100SQFT each. The space is next to the Old Vinyl Factory and will have an onsite cafe and event space celebrating music, performance and poetry.
