Get moving and energised with an Afrodance workshop with Winston THE GEEZER!

Dancehall Vs Afrobeats is a dance class where you will learn different Dancehall & Afrobeats steps & vibes to the music of those genres. We repeat the steps until you get them. Easy to follow choreography to suit all levels, a dance class that is FUN! All are welcome!

All of the Unwind in the City events are free to attend, please book using the link below to ensure there is space as this session has limited capacity.

Winston THE GEEZER!!! trained at Brooking School Of Ballet for three years where he qualified in ISTD ballet (Cecchetti). After completing his three diplomas, Winston's first professional job was working in Norway for a show called: "Daba Daba". He then moved into the commercial side of the industry and has worked with the likes of: Jermaine Jackson, Whitney Houston, Spice Girls, Diana King, Cher.

Winston worked on the Nickelodeon tour, hosted by Nick Cannon, which toured the USA and the experience he gained from working in the States led to choreographic work, including for: Miss Ireland for Miss World, Smirnoff awards, Canne's Music Festival, ReeBok Asian Tour with NBA Shaquile O'Neil, Fantazia tour (Canne's & Spain), Big Brother's Big Mouth (Channel 4).

Winston has also judged on panels alongside Mr Wiggles, Brian Green, Brooklyn Terry, Marty Kudelka for MTV Poland and other competitions across the UK and Europe.
Winston has taught for various performing arts schools including: Gravity Performing Arts, The Brit School, Wellington College, Pineapple Performing Arts School, and he also to this day teaches at Pineapple Studio.
